Ryoo Seong-ryong served as the best civil servant in 1592 when Japanese army invaded Joseon Dynasty in this Korean Peninsula.  He worked as a Prime Minister as well as the top commandant during the war in various fields for 7 years. If he hadn't thought of the best Admiral, Lee Soon-shin, that the world has ever noticed & the innovative reforms, the Korean Wave that all of you like today could not be seen across the world.
